On Monday, Sam and I met our playgroup at Ducky Joe's. She had a lot of fun and is getting to be such a big girl. She does not want mommy to interrupt her playtime or to help her. She had no problem getting anywhere she wanted to go. I also noticed that she would take a few steps to get from toy to toy until she realized she was standing on her own. She loved this rainbow ramp they had and she kept trying to climb on it with a ball in her hand. She acts crazy and throws herself backwards every time she is in our bed and this was soft like a bed so she kept doing the same thing on it. I was worried she was going to go over the edge. I stayed close and still managed to get some pictures. She also loved getting in the playhouse and playing with the pots and pans in the kitchen. There were a few bullies there and one almost knocked her over in the playhouse and another kept taking her pots and pans. When one took the pan she was playing with, she just sat there and looked shocked like she didn't know what had happened.
Afterwards, we headed to Thai Spice with some friends for lunch. The food was delicious and Ricky loves kids and is so sweet. He kept talking to all of them and he even held one so his mommy could eat her lunch.
We had a lot of fun and hope to see our friends again soon!
