New Car!

Yesterday we bought a new car. We got a good deal and decided on a Limited black 4Runner. They have to have it shipped in and they expect it by the end of the week. For now we have a SR5 4Runner because they took my Civic right away. I have to stop at the dealership on Monday and switch it for a rental because they were out of their rentals on Saturday.

Poor Brian was stressed about the whole thing but I think we did really well. We went to the dealership Saturday morning and took Brian's car because mine had a lot of baby stuff in it and we didn't want to unload it. We spent a couple of hours there and they said they wanted to see my car again and if we did agree on a price, they wanted to take my car right away. So we headed back across the lake, had some lunch, cleaned out my car and went back. I don't think our salesman our sales manager liked us much. Brian was very informed and knew how much every option cost so they knew they were not going to trick us. The fact that they were not happy and did not speak with us much after we agreed to a price makes us think we got a good deal and they aren't making too much off of us. Hopefully we don't have to buy a car again anytime soon because I think it's stressful and Brian was the one that did all of the work :-)
