I was taking Avery's 8 month lamb picture, so Sam wanted a picture too! Oh and the nightgown (or night-in-gown as Sam calls it) came from cousin Emily. She had to wear it all day. She's even wearing it in the next picture under her raincoat!

Samantha turned 2 1/2 on February 28th. She amazes me every day with the things she says and does. She never stops talking and I love hearing her. She remembers everything as well. For example, on Mardi Gras day, she went with my dad to the donut shop. It was closed, so they ended up getting McDonald's for breakfast. She was in the bathtub last night and she told me "the donut shop was closed, so Pops got me a biscuit instead." I don't know what made her think about it, but it was so cute. She is such a girly girl. She LOVES Minnie Mouse and she has a stuffed Minnie and baby Minnie that go everywhere with her, she LOVES Disney princesses (her favorites are Cinderella, Snow White and Belle), she loves playing with her kitchen and all of her Melissa and Doug food. She likes to pick out her clothes and most mornings, she picks her princess dress (long sleeve, so I think it's time to look for a short sleeve version) or a princess t shirt. I tried to get her to wear a dress with a crown on it the other day, but she wanted nothing to do with it because none of the princesses were on it.) We're going to Disney next January and I can't wait to see what she thinks. I know she will love it so much! She likes watching Calliou and her favorite movies are Toy Story and Beauty and the Beast. She is so sweet, but she can also be so sassy and crazy. We definitely have our share of tantrums! Happy 2 1/2 years, sweet girl!
