Sam's had quite a social life since last week. On Thursday we visited with the Mannings, on Friday Granny Gerry and Paw-Paw spent the night so Brian and I could get some rest. They also let us sneak out to breakfast on Saturday and shop for a little while. Saturday afternoon Sam attended her first baseball game at Pelican Park to cheer on cousin Evan and then cousin Aidan and Aunt Steph (Nannie) visited. Later that night my parents stopped by and visited with their neighbors, Mr. Ken and Mrs. Ann. For the record, my mom wants everyone to know that she does not want to be grandma and her new name is Mimi and my dad is Pops. On Sunday, Brian stayed home with Sam for a few hours while I went shopping for some birthday presents. And finally, today I had my 6 week check-up in New Orleans so we drove into town and visited my Aunt Anna and Uncle Wade and then stopped by my office to see everyone there. Sam then got to meet Dr. Waters who brought her into the world. Enjoy the pictures from the last few days.
