My work threw me a really nice shower at lunch yesterday. I was on my way to the bathroom and did see some people bringing drinks and food off of the elevator and I heard some people in the conference room near my office so I kind of had an idea of what was happening. Also, one of our paralegals couldn't make it so she shipped a gift to me and it got to my house last Friday. It was really sweet of them though and I had a nice time. We had some pita sandwiches, salad, cole slaw, and fruit along with a delicious homeade cake and favors with Hershey's kisses inside. I got some really nice gifts including a jumperoo, Waterford crystal baby bootie, Mignon Faget plate and cup set, some pack n play sheets and a mongrammed burp cloth, a LSU colored pillowcase dress, a precious bathing suit and some onesies.
