What's New?

Not too much has been going on at the Cook house except work. Brian has been out of town a lot the past few weeks so it has just been Maddie and I. First he had to go to the hunting lodge, then he went to Trinidad and then he went back to the lodge. Now he has to go on his vessel trip before we go to NYC this Sunday. I have been busy with work as well, which is strange because it normally slows down this time of year.

Our weekend was good. Most past weekends have been spent watching football but there were no LSU games this weekend. Friday I had my work Christmas lunchecon at Palace Cafe and then I had to head back home and change for Brian's work Christmas party at LA Grill. It was fun. We didn't stay too late but we did sleep late the next morning and just hung around the house (except I did leave to get my hair colored and cut for a bit). Later we just rented movies and today we hung out, ran a few errands, barbequed, and put Christmas lights up.
