Christmas Decorations

I love Christmastime so much and this year feels extra special since we are in our new house. I baked cookies for work the other night and was so excited to be in my new kitchen! It was also more fun to decorate this house because we have so much more space. We put lights up at our old house but not many so this year we bought some reindeer and a snowman and Brian put some lights in the bushes as well. We're going to try and do the top of the house next year but the roof is pretty high! I'm glad that's Brian's job! :-)

Here are some pics of our decorations. One is of Maddie checking out her stocking. I hung hers before all of the rest because I had just ordered hers and everything else was still in the attic. She sat underneath it and stared at it and tried to jump up and get it. I think she thinks its a big sock and she does get destructive with socks! As far as the tree goes, she stole a branch when we brought it in and she ran under the bed but we yelled at her and she hasn't bothered much with the tree since. She did see a round ornament that she thought was a ball and she tried to get it off the tree as well. But she really has been good with it.
