Samantha's school Christmas party was on December 12th. I got to help out and attend since I am the room mom. It was a lot of fun! The kids ate pizza, fruit and juice and then they decorated brownies to look like Santa hats for dessert. Afterwards, they made a wreath and then played pin the nose on Rudolph and they each got a prize for playing (a Peanuts musical book and an ornament courtesy of my mom and Hallmark :)). We brought jars of cookie mix for the staff and I think they came out cute. All the dry ingredients were layered in the jar and I attached the recipe and a cookie cutter. All they had to do was add eggs and butter and bake them! Everyone put in to get the teachers an American Express gift card and they ended up getting a good amount of money. I'm sure they liked that.
