We've been staying busy the past few weeks. Two weeks ago, we met up with our friends and had beignets and went to the park. We also played at Mimi's house one day. This past week, we celebrated Mimi's birthday and took a trip to the outlets. We also had breakfast with a friend that is moving away and lunch with some friends as well. Saturday night, we had a dinner for Brian's mom because she is retiring and Sunday, my parents watched the girls and Brian and I got to see a movie. Even better was the fact that the movie was my choice and I picked Something Borrowed. Poor Brian, but he thought some parts were funny :) The girls have been doing great, with the exception of an ear infection Sam has that will not go away. She's on her 3rd round of antibiotics. Poor thing. The only time she ever complained was the 1st week. Sam and Avery are interacting more each day and love playing together. Sam still has a sharing issue, but other than that, they are doing well. Sam loves to go see Avery in her bed when she wakes up. She gives her toys and books and plays peek a boo with her to make her laugh. She also runs to her whenever she cries and tries to comfort her. They are so cute! I can't wait to watch them grow together!
