Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope you all had a great day. This year was so wonderful for us. We are so blessed to have our 2 girls and amazing family!

On Christmas Eve, we had dinner with my parents, brother and sister-in-law and then came back home, put cookies and milk out for Santa, put the kids to bed and Santa got to work. Because Mimi and Pops and Granny and Paw-Paw love the girls so much and got them so many Christmas goodies, Santa didn't have to get all that much. Samantha got some princess dolls, a tea set, dress, Cinderella shoes, wand, blanket, some books, DVD's and a baby Minnie. Avery got a soother for her bed, a few toys, a book, a baby Minnie and some bibs and burp cloths. Brian and I had a lot of fun setting all the goodies up! I could hardly sleep because I couldn't wait to see Sam's reaction. This is the 1st year she really understood the concept. When she woke up, we took her by the tree and she just looked at everything and kept running to me saying "mommy!" I don't think she knew what to do with everything. She told Avery she got presents too and she helped Maddie out with her toys. She entertained herself all day moving from new thing to new thing. Mimi and Pops and my brother and Mal came over for lunch and she got even more goodies. One of her favorites is a pink and purple tricycle. We had a delicious lunch and spent the day with my family opening presents and playing games. It was a lot of fun and such a great Christmas. Christmas is so much fun with kids! I can't wait for next year! Thank you to Mimi and Pops and Chris and Mal for all the wonderful presents! They spoil mommy and daddy too!
