Brian was out of town for work a few weeks ago. When he called one day, he talked to Sam. Normally she just stares at the phone and doesn't say anything but she said "Minnie." We were watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so I thought that's what she was telling him. Later that night, I asked her if she talked to daddy and she said yes. I asked what she told him and she said "I bad. I throw Minnie at mommy." We have been having throwing issues lately and she did in fact throw her stuffed Minnie at me earlier that day.

We have a new double stroller and Sam usually does not want to ride in it. She likes to sit in it when it's in the house and put her stuffed animals in it. I really want to start walking with the girls every day so I decided to try it out on Thursday. I told her we were going for a walk and we would look for puppies and ducks. Ok, ok, I lied about the ducks, but it worked. And our neighbor actually does have two fake ducks in her garden :-) When we got back from our walk, I asked if she had fun and if she wanted to do it the next morning and she said "uh huh and yook for puppies, ducks, and peoples."

We were in the car today and we saw a big dog. I asked Sam if she saw it and she said "I see puppy. It got chockit (chocolate) on it." The dog was white with brown spots!

The other night Sam was playing with Brian and she stopped and said "I got fingernail. Get it mommy. I need a manicured." I tell her she is getting a manicure when I trim her nails :)

She was kicking a ball in the house and ran into the kitchen wall one day and started crying. I was holding Avery in the moby wrap and knelt down to hug her and check her bobo out and she said "mommy, put sissy away in the swing. Hold you! (which means hold her)."
