1 week old!

We put the swing out and Sam was pushing her lamb in it. As soon as I grabbed my camera, she said "cheese" and gave me her cheesy smile. I love it!

She's so tiny. Newborn socks and onesies are still a bit big on her.

Our sweet angel is one week old already. We went to the doctor on Thursday and she said Avery looks great. Her heart and lungs sound fine, however, she wants us to see the pediatric cardiologist for an EKG just to be safe. We go back next Thursday for a weight check and she wants Avery to be back to her birth weight. She weighed in at 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was still 19 1/2 inches long. We see the cardiologist on the 21st.

Avery has been doing so well at home. She really only cries when she is gassy, hungry, or when you change her clothes or diaper and she is easily soothed. I hope I didn't jinx us by writing that :-) She is just so sweet and we love her so much! Sam is also doing well. She is a good big sister and she has been playing momma with me. She likes to try and give Avery her paci and bottle and she has been putting diapers on her dolls, wrapping them in blankets and rocking them.
