We celebrated Easter on Saturday with a crawfish boil with both families. It was a lot of fun and the crawfish came out great. We had leftovers and I have been making some delicious things with all the extras! Sam had a great time playing with her cousins and having an Easter egg hunt. We had the hunt inside because it was wet and rainy. Her cousins ran through the house collecting all the eggs and Sam took her time and would pick up an egg, shake it and then put it in her basket. She also got so many goodies from the grandparents and her aunts and uncles. She didn't know what to play with 1st! Thank you so much to everyone for all the great prizes!
On Sunday, we hung out at home. Sam got lots of goodies from the Easter bunny. Maddie got a basket too and daddy got some chocolates and a DVD. Mimi and Pops Easter bunny also left me and Brian a basket and Sam a basket! Brian spent most of the afternoon gardening and he did a fantastic job! For dinner we had crawfish, corn and potato bisque and crawfish bread! Delicious! We had such a great holiday and are looking forward to next year when the bunny will have another baby girl to leave goodies for!
