New Words

Sam loves to babble and is saying a few new things. When I tell her to say Maddie, she says "Maa" and now her favorite saying since "quack, quack, quack" is "row, row, row." When you sing row, row, row your boat, she always says "row, row, row." It's so cute! She also says tickle, tickle and cup. The one thing I am waiting for that she has yet to say is mama.

She is growing up so fast and learning so many new things. If you ask her a question, she pretty much knows what you are saying and will look around to find the thing you ask her about. She loves to follow me around and empty cabinets. I feel like I am cleaning up all day long! She likes to watch Wonder Pets and Dora sometimes on Nick Jr. and now she will sit in her PBK chair (most of the time she sits on the arm and almost falls over, but she is still sitting :-)) She loves to be outside and sometimes throws a tantrum if she doesn't get her way and we don't go outside. She can stand on her tip toes and reach the doorknob, which is her way of letting me know that she wants to go out. Since she finally reached 20 lbs, we moved her car seat forward facing. Brian made the mistake of introducing her to the DVD player shortly thereafter so now everytime she gets in the car, she points to the ceiling and says "eeh." She thinks everyone has one as well and she does it in any car.
