We had a great holiday weekend and Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving Day, we spent time and ate with both of our families. Sam had a blast playing with all of her cousins, running around, and actually getting to eat real food this holiday. On Friday we hung out at home. I got a good deal online on smocked dresses for Sam on black Friday but I was not about to leave the house and brave the crowds for actual shopping. On Saturday, Brian headed to the LSU game and my parents came over so I could get some spa time in. They came back on Sunday to take pictures of us for Christmas cards and then they took Sam to lunch and back home while Brian and I got to go to lunch by ourselves and to see Blind Side. We had a lot of fun. Thank you so much Mimi and Pops for watching Sam! We also decorated the inside of the house for Christmas. We are getting our tree next weekend and doing the outside then as well. I am a little worried about Sam with the tree but I guess we'll see what happens!
