MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas!

We had a great Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and hope everyone else did too! Christmas Eve we had lunch out at Amis (it was delicious!) and stopped by Brian's brother's in the evening and Christmas Day we stayed home and my family came to us. It was nice not to have to travel too much with the baby. She got so many presents! Saturday we celebrate with Brian's family so she'll get even more! I think she needs a bigger room for all of her toys and a bigger closet for all of the clothes! She woke up for a feeding around 4 am and then didn't wake up until 9:30. She wasn't excited about Christmas :-) I was excited to put together her exersaucer and she played in it for a minutes. She looked so cute and grown up!

Maddie was super excited about Christmas! She knew there were presents in her stocking. Brian would give her one, she would open it and then run into the bedroom with it and then she would come back, sit under her stocking and cry until she got another one. When there were no more left, I had to take her stocking down and let her sniff and see nothing else was in it. The rest of the day she had fun tearing up other people's paper and tissue.

We had a great lunch yesterday (my mom cooked half and I cooked half) and then we played some games the rest of the evening. Thanks so much to my parents for coming to us this year and for all of the great presents for me, Brian, Sam and Maddie. We had a lot of fun!
