Best family shot we could get.
On Thursday, my mom, Brian, Avery and I headed back to the outlets while my dad stayed with Sam. He took her swimming and then managed to get her to take a nap! We got a lot more shopping accomplished without Sam and ended up getting several good deals. After lunch, my dad and I took Sam back to the Oasis while my mom and Brian stayed in the room with a napping Avery. They came to the pool once she woke up. We made shrimp fajitas for dinner and then went to the beach to attempt some family pictures. Can I just tell you how stressful that was? Sam wanted nothing to do with pictures and wouldn't give us even one smile. We left the beach after about 15 minutes. We stopped at Dairy Queen on the way home, but Sam continued to act up, so we left with no ice cream! I was sad because I can't tell you the last time I had DQ and those blizzards looked delicious! We are attempting family pics in September with a professional photographer. I am praying that goes well!
