Where did the time go? Did my baby girl really turn one on July 2nd, 2011? The year has flown by! We had her party on her actual birthday (pictures to come soon) and she had a great time. We went to the doctor for her check-up on the 5th. She has not gained much weight (despite the fact that she eats constantly!) and has fallen off the growth chart. The doctor wants her to drink PediaSure instead of whole milk and see her again in a month. We made the transition from formula to whole milk the week before her birthday. She doesn't like sippy cups much, but she is getting the hang of them. Because she doesn't drink as much out of cups, we have to stick with the bottle for another month so she drinks a lot of the PediaSure and hopefully gains some weight. Brian jokingly calls her Hoover because she constantly eats and always wants whatever you have. She also speed crawls, so maybe she burns it off :) Our big girl could not be any cuter or sweeter. She loves playing with her toys (her faves are her activity table, piano, musical zoo and kitchen), she LOVES her big sister and follows her around. She cracks up laughing whenever Sam runs off and she and I chase her. I love that sound! She also likes playing in Sam's room and with Sam's kitchen. She sleeps well and goes to bed around 7:45 pm and wakes anywhere between 7-8 am. She naps from 10-11 and then has a longer afternoon nap around 2. 2 of her top teeth recently cut through, which raised her tooth count to 4!
