11 months old!

Since she didn't want to sit in the chair and smile, sissy tried to help out. That didn't work and Avery lunged for my camera.

Finally a good one! After pulling the headband off several times, I finally got a smile.

Sam's turn!

Avery turned 11 months on the 2nd! This year is flying by! She had her 1 year portraits taken on Friday and I have almost everything done for her birthday party. I can't believe she will be 1 already! She is such a sweet baby and I love watching her learn new things every day and grow. She crawls like a speed demon and loves to splash in Maddie's water bowl. She also loves to try and climb on Sam's bike. She loves playing with (and eating) all of her toys. She loves Samantha and smiles and grabs for her whenever she sees her. She is such a good sleeper. I just turn on her air purifier, put her in bed, give her a paci and she rolls onto her belly and goes to sleep. She has been trying all kind of table food and now that is all she wants. I only buy baby fruit to mix in her oatmeal now. She is getting to the point where she doesn't even want formula anymore! When you don't give her food fast enough, she says "uh, uh, uh" until you give her some. She only says a few words, including momma, dadda, and babba. She plays pat-a-cake, claps and waves bye-bye. She pulls up on everything and cruises around. She makes me nervous! She has a little temper like her sister and I think pretty soon she will be fighting back at Samantha. Sam doesn't like to share a lot and when she takes things from Avery, Avery gets mad and shakes her hands and won't let go :)
