Some Mardi Gras art projects from school.
We kicked off the Mardi Gras season by going to Brian's parade. We would have stayed home if he wasn't in it because it was absolutely freezing! But the girls had a fun time seeing his float and Samantha got on it with him. The weekend before Mardi Gras, Samantha spent the entire weekend with my parents. My dad loves parades, so he was excited to take her to them. We met them on Sunday for Thoth and Samantha didn't want to come home, so she stayed with them until Mardi Gras day! I think my big girl takes after her Pops with her love of Mardi Gras!
