Happy Thanksgiving 2011!

Round 2 of food for Avery. She's enjoying some ham.
Not sure what Sam is doing, but she's cute :)
Fun!

Too much turkey, Pops?
Avery decided to take a seat on cousin Brian's lap.
Samantha and cousin Sadie. I think she likes her a little bit :) Can you tell by the huge smile?
Sweet Avery and daddy. Samantha was not in to having her picture taken.
Me and Avery.
Silly. For some reason, she loves laying on the ground.
My beauties!
Cheese!
Maddie Mae wanted in on the picture fun.
Rice Krispie turkey treats for Sam's class.

We celebrated Thanksgiving this year at my aunt's house and had a nice time and good food. I made white chocolate bread pudding and oreo cheesecake cupcakes for dessert.

Since my dad was off of work, Samantha stayed with my parents Thanksgiving night and the next night. She always has so much fun with them. They take her all over and keep her busy. She loves one of the restaurants near their house and always asks to go there. She also went to the park and asked to go to the mall and she sat on Santa's lap and told him what she wanted for Christmas! She even went to the Christmas tree lot with them and picked out our tree and my parents delivered it to us when they brought Sam home. How's that for service? Since we knew it was coming, Brian and I got all of the Christmas decorations out early and decorated the house so it would be ready for the tree and for Sam. When she got home, she pulled on her stocking and the whole mantel display came down. Thank goodness the stocking holders didn't hit her in the head. I had garland with lights and ornaments on the mantel and they came crashing down and the ornaments broke. My parents don't have a mantel and Sam played with her stocking there, so she didn't realize what she was doing! I got some new ornaments for the mantel and fixed everything. I'm just glad no one got hurt! And I was really excited that our house was decorated so early and we could really enjoy December.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I am thankful for my whole family, especially my girls, Brian, my doggie girl and my parents who do so much for us and love us and the girls so very much!
