Happy 1st Birthday, Sammy!

On Thursday, we headed to Lafreniere Park to celebrate Sammy's 1st Birthday! The birthday boy was knocked out in his stroller when we got there but his mommy woke him up so he could celebrate. Although it was really hot, Sam enjoyed being able to walk around on the playground for the 1st time. She was all over the place! We played pass the parcel and Sam got the 1st prize - a ball with a monkey on it and some crayons. She loves balls and monkeys so she was excited. She actually walked off with the ball and decided she was not playing the game anymore. Then we sang Happy Birthday and Sam got a cupcake. Afterwards, we headed to Caffe Caffe for some lunch with friends. Sam got her first kids meal at a restaurant - grilled cheese, grapes and pretzels! It was a fun day. Happy Birthday, Sammy!
