Weekend

We had a great weekend and hope everyone else did too. Friday Sam and I went to a friend of ours school parade. It was Sam's 1st parade. It was too funny. It was for preschool kids and each class was dressed as a different animal and they walked down the sidewalk throwing beads and stuffed animals. Sam was a little unsure about all the people. When Harlie came by she was excited that we were there and she yelled "Baby Mantha" and she threw her a bead on the ground. The kids were too funny - they don't really get the whole throwing concept yet :-) Sam also got a stuffed doggie that is now Maddie's.

On Saturday, Brian and I got to go out to dinner together while my parents babysat. We were home in time for bedtime but my mom put Sam to bed with no problems! When she knows I am home she only wants me to put her to bed so I was worried but she went to sleep for my mom. We had a great time at dinner. We went to LOLA and it was delicious! Afterwards, we played American Idol on xbox. It's pretty funny. You don't have to sing well, you just have to stay in the right range and hold your notes right to get good scores. It gets addictive. Although I will admit I am not a good singer and would never audition for American Idol. I completely don't understand how all the terrible people actually think they're good!

I do have some pics of Sam bug but something is wrong with the computer right now. She likes to help me type when I am on the computer and she's in my lap so I don't know if she did it or something just happened. I hope to have it fixed soon.
