HOME SWEET HOME!!!!

We are finally buying our first home on the Northshore in the Woodlands! It is only 4 years old, in excellent condition and does not need any work. We have been actively looking for the past few months. We liked the 1st house we saw but waited too long and it went under contract. We spent the next month disappointed and nothing compared to the 1st one until we found an even better house in a better neighborhood! It was down to the one we picked and a new construction in Covington but we went for Mandeville. Here are some pics. The act of sale is going to be June 15 because the family is being relocated for the father's job so they are waiting for school to let out. I will post many more pics once we move in and decorate it and make it our own. We are very excited and Maddie is too to have a fenced in yard! We will definately invite everyone over once we get settled.
